I am quite satisfied about this time frame since it was an international delivery (France) and Easter period. The order was processed and shipped by Candy Coat on April 3rd. I ordered April 1st and my package was delivered on April 13th. Martine from Customer Care was very sweet, helpful and replied to my emails really quickly, sending me the information I wanted and the tracking link right away. Great first experience with Candy Coat! When the order was shipped, I didn’t receive the tracking link that was supposed to be included in the shipment email they sent. I will now be taking this forward as a dispute so my bank will get money back and report them to Trading Standards organisation. I have given LoveCandy months to rectify and sort but no joy and have found the whole process very stressful. Now no one picks up the phone and getting nowhere on email. Emailed several times and have been told they need to look into it and would get back to me.
Did that 2 weeks later no nail colours, no reply, no subscription boxes. Then Feb payment went out emails going back and forth not getting anywhere then phoned and told issues as stock stuck in international transit but would get my boxes soon but in mean time if I sent email with 6 colours they would send out in 48 hr post. I messaged few weeks on and was told that they were experiencing few problems but would be sent soon. Had ordered the subscription box in Dec first payment went out Jan 15th but no subscription box ever arrived. Will never order again and recommend nobody does. So bitterly disappointed with my whole experience ordering from Love Candy. Would never order from this company again - taken my money 4 months later still nothing rcvd…
